What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate multiple cutting solutions projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the plan.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and presentations, to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required for project needs.

Nice to have
