What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
• A relevant degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience in the oil and gas, renewable energy, or subsea sectors would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of risk management practices and techniques.
