What you'll do
- Develop and document comprehensive ground and flight procedures that comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure all procedures are aligned with operational needs and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing procedures to incorporate changes in regulations, technology, and operational feedback.
- Facilitate training sessions for flight crews and ground personnel to ensure understanding and adherence to established procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation operations, safety, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and industry standards pertaining to flight operations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing operational procedures in a complex environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
