What you'll do

• Develop and document comprehensive ground and flight procedures that comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with flight operations, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure all procedures are aligned with operational needs and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing procedures to incorporate changes in regulations, technology, and operational feedback.
• Facilitate training sessions for flight crews and ground personnel to ensure understanding and adherence to established procedures.
• Analyze operational data and incident reports to identify areas for improvement in procedures and recommend actionable solutions.
• Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to ground and flight procedures, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Assist in the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare staff for various scenarios.
• Maintain accurate records of all procedures, training sessions, and compliance activities for auditing purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation operations, safety, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and industry standards pertaining to flight operations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational procedures in a complex environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
