What you'll do

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on supply chain policies and best practices, tailored to meet the needs of various teams within the organization.
• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate employees on supply policy frameworks, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps in knowledge, ensuring that training materials are relevant and up-to-date.
• Create and maintain training documentation, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules, to facilitate ongoing learning and reference.
• Mentor and coach employees, providing guidance and support to help them apply their training in real-world scenarios effectively.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in supply chain management to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, discussions, and collaboration among participants.
• Assist in the development of onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they receive a solid foundation in supply chain policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between management and staff, communicating training objectives and outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal skills and knowledge in supply chain management and training methodologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Bamboohr's supply chain processes by providing insights and recommendations based on training observations and employee feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, training, or a related area.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Strong understanding of supply chain policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-learning development and instructional design.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
• Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD, or similar).
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Previous experience in a mentorship or coaching role.
