What you'll do

• Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and animations, that align with Asgi's branding and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to conceptualize and execute multimedia projects that meet business objectives.
• Manage the entire production process, from pre-production planning and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery of multimedia assets.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in multimedia production, design, and technology to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers when necessary to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
• Conduct thorough research to gather information and insights that will enhance the storytelling aspect of multimedia projects.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content across various platforms, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.
• Assist in the development of multimedia marketing campaigns, ensuring that all content is consistent with Asgi's brand voice and messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that push the boundaries of traditional multimedia content.
• Create and maintain a library of multimedia assets for internal use and future projects, ensuring easy access and organization.
• Provide training and support to team members on multimedia tools and best practices, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in multimedia production or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and editing.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas through engaging visuals and narratives.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D animation and motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design and development, including HTML/CSS, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for multimedia content distribution.
• Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment is beneficial.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to multimedia content.
