About the Role
Arcadia seeks a Vice President, Marketing to own global marketing strategy for its enterprise operations. This leader will shape how businesses manage energy operations across utility bill management, procurement advisory, and sustainability reporting. The role requires partnership with C-level executives to define brand authority, drive demand, and align revenue objectives with market positioning. The Vice President will translate complex energy data into strategic narratives that resonate with enterprise stakeholders and influence buying behavior. This position operates within a fully remote framework, leveraging digital collaboration to maintain alignment across distributed teams. Co-working spaces will be available to support targeted in-person collaboration when strategic. The hire will own the end-to-end marketing lifecycle from research and insights through campaign execution and performance optimization. Success will be measured by the ability to establish category leadership and expand enterprise adoption of Arcadia's solutions.

Requirements
The candidate must bring 3-5 years of enterprise marketing experience within complex B2B environments, demonstrating comfort with multi-threaded stakeholder management. A proven track record of owning end-to-end marketing workflows from planning through execution is required, including budget and resource responsibility. The Vice President must demonstrate the ability to interpret AI-powered analytics and convert insights into clear, actionable positioning for enterprise decision-makers without reliance on oversimplified messaging. Independence in strategic thinking must be balanced with the ability to align with C-level priorities and operate effectively within enterprise governance structures. Experience in energy, sustainability, or procurement advisory markets is preferred, with demonstrated success in regulated or data-intensive environments. Familiarity with sustainability platforms and energy data ecosystems is an asset, particularly in contexts where verification and auditability are critical. The candidate must be able to operate autonomously while maintaining rigorous attention to detail in data interpretation and narrative development.
