What you'll do

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring that terms are favorable for both parties and in line with company policies.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Anaqua and promote our solutions to potential clients.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team by sharing best practices and encouraging innovative approaches to sales challenges.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of Anaqua's offerings.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology sector, with a focus on intellectual property management being a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, with excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in leading and developing sales teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
