What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project management for SaaS implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables, and communicate these effectively to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and timely execution of project tasks.
• Monitor project progress through regular status updates and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues or delays.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they are equipped to the SaaS solutions effectively.
• Gather and analyze feedback from clients post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and enhance future projects.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project processes, decisions, and outcomes to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring open lines of communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SaaS implementations to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the SaaS or technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project kick-offs.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and SaaS business models.
• Experience in a client-facing role, particularly in a consulting or implementation capacity.
• Knowledge of legal or intellectual property management software is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous, particularly in languages relevant to our client base.
