The will own the end-to-end execution of software delivery for our North American operations, acting as the primary technical leader for the development team in Henderson. - Monitor the performance of our AIRMAN Power Generators, AIRMAN Air Compressors, and EBOSS® Hybrid Energy System software interfaces to ensure reliability.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to preserve institutional wisdom and ensure continuity in the software maintenance process.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software management roles.
- Must demonstrate a deep and practical understanding of version control workflows utilizing Git-based systems.
- Must have a proven ability to communicate effectively with both highly technical engineers and business-oriented stakeholders.
- Must be capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining an uncompromising focus on on-time delivery.
- Must be eligible for and capable of performing the role on-site in Henderson, Nevada, during standard weekday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Must adhere strictly to the company policy regarding onsite presence and availability within the Henderson, Nevada location.
