Director of Enterprise Process Transformation
Job description
About the role
The Director of Enterprise Process Transformation will own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of ANA's end-to-end business processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. This role will establish a unified process architecture that aligns operations, HR, finance, IT, sales, marketing, engineering, support, and supply chain into a single coherent operating model. You will ensure that departmental decisions actively support downstream workflows and maintain system integrity for all enterprise platforms. The position focuses on driving cross-department change management and securing enterprise-wide adoption of new processes and systems. You will translate strategic business objectives into executable process frameworks that enable ANA to scale efficiently without sacrificing control or visibility. Success in this role will be measured by improved process integrity, reduced operational friction, and stronger alignment between strategy and execution. You will act as the primary process owner interfacing with technology and functional leaders to close gaps between intended design and real-world implementation. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep expertise in process mapping, governance mechanisms, and change leadership to sustain long-term transformation.
