About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategy, implementation, and continuous optimization of multi-channel lifecycle journeys for US Physicians, focusing on Email, Push, and In-App experiences within Braze. You will act as the single point of contact to internal stakeholders, translating high-level business goals into actionable CRM workflows designed to drive meaningful conversion and long-term retention. You will own the reporting suite for CRM performance, moving beyond surface-level metrics to analyze LTV, ROI, and incremental lift while providing clear, actionable insights to the leadership team. You will spearhead the expansion of our communication ecosystem by integrating and scaling new channels such as Push and SMS to deepen engagement. You will innovate in the AI and Automation space to create efficient applications and solutions that empower both internal teams and the broader market. You will build and maintain a data-driven feedback loop to ensure campaigns resonate with clinicians and align with evolving market needs. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, timing, and channel orchestration reflect the latest clinical insights and product updates. Ultimately, your work will ensure that US clinicians receive timely, relevant, and impactful communications that reinforce trust in AMBOSS.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for US Physicians across Email, Push, and In-App within Braze, ensuring content, timing, and segmentation are precisely aligned with user behavior.
- Serve as the primary internal liaison for the US Physicians CRM initiative, converting strategic business objectives into detailed, executable workflow specifications.
- Architect and maintain a robust reporting suite for CRM performance, analyzing LTV, ROI, and incremental lift to surface insights that inform leadership decision-making.
- Lead the integration and scaling of additional engagement channels, including Push and SMS, to expand our reach and deepen relationships with clinicians.
- Pioneer the application of AI and automation tools to design, test, and refine scalable solutions that enhance both team efficiency and market impact.
- Conduct ongoing experimentation across journey touchpoints, using data to identify high-impact opportunities and drive measurable improvements in engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to ensure CRM content remains accurate, timely, and reflective of the latest medical guidance and product developments.
- Define and monitor core CRM KPIs, establishing benchmarks and dashboards that provide visibility into performance across the user lifecycle.
- Develop and execute test plans to evaluate creative, segmentation, and send strategies, iterating based on results to maximize program effectiveness.
- Establish governance and best practices for data hygiene, compliance, and user privacy within the CRM ecosystem.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders, aligning on priorities and next steps.
- Partner with design and copy teams to ensure that messaging is not only compliant but also compelling and tailored to the clinician journey.
- Support the rollout of new features and offerings within the CRM framework, coordinating go-to-market touchpoints and lifecycle campaigns.
- Maintain a structured documentation process for all workflows, segments, and rules to ensure transparency and ease of iteration.
- Contribute to the broader marketing strategy by sharing insights from CRM initiatives that can inform brand and demand generation efforts.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, applying emerging techniques in AI, segmentation, and channel optimization to keep programs ahead of market expectations.
Requirements
- Bring hands-on experience in a multichannel CRM environment spanning mobile, email, and web platforms, with a strong track record in managing complex lifecycle programs.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by designing and launching campaigns that measurably increase market share and engagement among target audiences.
- Show an affinity for exploring and adopting new technologies, particularly in the fields of marketing automation, data visualization, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Possess knowledge of marketing automation software such as Braze, along with experience using data visualization tools like Looker to derive actionable insights.
- Have practical experience with HTML, CSS, and javascript-type languages such as AMPscript to build and refine campaign assets and logic.
- Exhibit strong analytical rigor, comfort with data sets, and the ability to translate raw data into clear recommendations for action.
- Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally, to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across regions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where priorities evolve and ownership of results is essential.
