What you'll do
Drive Revenue Strategy & Execution by partnering with sales leadership to manage territory design, quota allocation, product pricing, sales funnel performance, and sales attainment tracking across global B2B markets.
Optimize & Automate Processes by mapping, streamlining, and scaling end-to-end sales processes, leveraging AI tools and modern automation to eliminate friction, boost sales team productivity, and accelerate deal velocity.
Master the Data & Analytics by architecting, automating, and maintaining dashboards and reporting (e.g., Looker, HubSpot, Excel) to monitor revenue metrics and core KPIs, providing leadership with clarity on performance drivers.
Lead Stakeholder Management by serving as the strategic operational bridge between Sales, Market Teams and Finance, managing cross-functional alignment, expectation setting, and business requests.
Leverage AI & Modern Tech by identifying, testing, and implementing AI skills, routines and workflow automations to improve pipeline forecasting, streamline the reporting, and reduce operational workload.
Partner on CRM Architecture by collaborating closely with CRM experts to share sales feedback and ensure clean pipeline governance, seamless data integration, and high portal adoption across global teams.
Own Process Governance by establishing clear documentation standards, operational playbooks, and SOPs that ensure consistency and compliance across sales operations worldwide.
Support Forecasting & Pipeline Integrity by working with sales and finance to refine forecasting methodologies, validate pipeline health, and improve the accuracy of revenue predictions.
Champion Data Quality Initiatives by defining data standards, overseeing data hygiene practices, and ensuring that insights used for decision-making are reliable and up-to-date.
Enable Sales Enablement by developing tools, templates, and training content that empower sales teams to operate efficiently and focus on high-value activities.
Evaluate and Scale Pilots by assessing the impact of new sales tools, technologies, and process changes, and driving their successful rollout across regions and teams.
Monitor Market Dynamics by tracking competitive positioning, pricing trends, and customer behavior to inform strategic adjustments in sales approaches and incentives.
Collaborate with Finance to align sales compensation plans, quota models, and incentive structures that motivate performance and align with company objectives.
Act as a Change Agent by guiding teams through operational transformations, reducing resistance, and fostering adoption of new tools, processes, and data practices.
Provide Executive-Level Reporting by synthesizing complex operational data into concise narratives that support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
Requirements
Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, Consulting or Financial Analytics within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: A proven track record of taking complex, ambiguous operational problems, analyzing the root cause, and building scalable, structured solutions.
AI Knowledge & Tech Savviness: Strong interest in and hands-on familiarity with AI tools and proficiency across the revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Looker, Google Sheets, Miro, Notion).
Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Skills: Ability to articulate technical or complex analytical ideas clearly to diverse audiences and build trust across departments.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven capability to independently own high-stakes cross-functional projects end-to-end, setting timelines, aligning conflicting priorities, and delivering outcomes.
Commercial Acumen: Understanding of B2B sales cycles, sales funnel mechanics, territory planning, pricing structures, and incentive models.
Data Literacy: Comfort working with large datasets, extracting insights, and using analytical tools to inform operational decisions.
Ownership & Accountability: A mindset of ownership where you take responsibility for outcomes, follow through on commitments, and maintain a high standard of execution.
