We are looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our centralized UA department and take ownership of core acquisition channels. Key facts
What you'll do
- Own and scale core user acquisition channels including AppLovin, Moloco, Unity, Liftoff, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest.
- Analyse return on ad spend, cost per install, lifetime value, and payback period for each channel and creative type.
- Monitor retention and pLTV metrics to evaluate long-term user quality across different acquisition sources.
- Manage creative uploads, track performance, and lead testing and scaling of user acquisition assets.
- Optimise campaigns to attract pLTV-flagged users who are likely to make in-app purchases.
- Work with UGC and gameplay creative formats, analysing which types drive the best results.
- Build internal reporting systems to automate performance tracking and reduce manual data work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition strategy with product and marketing goals.
- Quickly learn new platforms and channels, then deploy and analyse campaigns on them.
- Take ownership of channel budgets and deliver measurable improvements in cost efficiency and volume.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop new ad concepts and iterate based on performance data.
- Monitor daily campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal spend across all channels.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with UGC and gameplay creative production or a strong interest in learning them.
- Prior experience with pLTV-based optimisation and IAP-driven user acquisition strategies.
- Understanding of ROAS, CPI, retention, and payback period calculations in mobile marketing.
- A track record of building repeatable systems and processes rather than ad-hoc manual work.
- Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems, app store optimization, and user retention strategies.
- Experience with SQL or basic querying to extract and manipulate performance data independently.

- Basic understanding of in-app purchase models and lifetime value calculation methodologies.
- Knowledge of mobile attribution partners like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms for tracking.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
