About the role
You own the strategic clinical oversight and daily execution of speech-language therapy services across multiple center locations, ensuring each child receives high-quality, individualized intervention. You are responsible for carrying a full caseload of clients while consistently meeting rigorous billable hour targets and maintaining strict adherence to clinical protocols. This role requires you to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to create cohesive treatment plans. You own the responsibility of completing comprehensive parent training sessions and ensuring families are active partners in the therapeutic process. You will implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of children with autism in a center-based environment. You own the maintenance of meticulous clinical records and strict compliance with all health insurance and regulatory standards. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical programs by analyzing outcomes and applying data to refine therapeutic approaches.

What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify client needs and establish individualized treatment goals.
Design and implement evidence-based therapy sessions that target communication, social interaction, and academic readiness skills.
Carry a dynamic client caseload of up to 23 clients, ensuring each child receives focused and effective intervention.
Deliver a minimum of 40 thirty-minute sessions weekly, translating to 20 billable hours, to meet established productivity and clinical benchmarks.
Collaborate intensively with Occupational Therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to synchronize therapeutic strategies for shared clients.
Complete detailed parent training quarterly for each client on the caseload to empower families with practical techniques.
Provide immediate parent feedback following evaluation or reevaluation processes within a strict one-month timeframe.
Attend all scheduled team meetings to discuss client progress, interdisciplinary care, and operational updates.
Maintain unwavering compliance with HIPAA protocols to safeguard the confidentiality and privacy of all client information.
Utilize strong communication skills to maintain open, transparent, and supportive dialogue with families and clinical leadership.
Adapt therapeutic activities to suit the developmental needs of young children, ensuring sessions are engaging and effective.
Uphold the physical and energetic demands of the role, including changing diapers and working on the floor with clients.
Monitor and document client progress meticulously to inform treatment adjustments and demonstrate therapeutic outcomes.
Foster a positive and inclusive therapy environment that promotes learning, play, and social development for every child.
Requirements
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from a program accredited by the Education Standards Board is mandatory.
Possess a current and active Speech Therapy licensure valid in the state(s) where you are hired to practice.
Achieve the Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology offered by ASHA.
Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification throughout your employment with the organization.
Demonstrate the ability to meet the minimum billable hour requirement of 20 hours per week consistently.
Commit to working within the specified regional locations including Maryland, Virginia, or the DC Metropolitan Area.
Adhere to the professional and ethical standards required for employment in a pediatric clinical setting.
Be capable of performing physical duties such as floor play, lifting, and diaper changing as required by the client population.

This is a full-time center-based position.
Compensation potential is noted as up to $100,000+.
Guaranteed semi-monthly paychecks are provided regardless of client cancellations.
Annual CEU Stipend of $1,000 is available for professional development.

Monthly billable hour bonus eligibility is available to qualifying staff.
