About the role
You own the end-to-end operational performance of a multi-center region, translating corporate strategy into consistent on-site execution across 5 to 15+ centers. You are accountable for driving safety, compliance, and quality standards while leading the development and coaching of Senior Center Operations Managers to elevate their leadership capabilities. You partner closely with the Regional Clinical Director to synchronize clinical outcomes with operational workflows, ensuring families receive high-quality early intervention ABA therapy. You own the analysis of regional performance metrics, identifying root causes of variance and implementing sustainable systems to improve outcomes. Requirements
