What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across Southern Africa, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management role, preferably within the Southern African region.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of technical professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation for technical projects.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
