What you'll do

• Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement, aligning with the overall business objectives of Ahk Group.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote branch services and increase brand awareness within the local community.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on branch performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role within the retail or service industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of financial management principles and experience in budget oversight.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
