About the role
You own the end-to-end growth of high-value supply partners in the Tokyo market, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans that expand Agoda's footprint. You partner closely with internal stakeholders to design and execute targeted initiatives that unlock incremental revenue and strengthen product adoption. You leverage data signals to refine outreach, prioritize accounts, and demonstrate clear impact on coverage and quality of the supply network. You act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring their needs are addressed with precision and timeliness. You continuously experiment with engagement models, iterate on successful plays, and scale what works across similar accounts. You represent Agoda with credibility, building trust through consultative conversations and consistent follow-through. You contribute directly to the company's growth by converting opportunities into measurable results for both partners and the business.

Identify and contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize their value on the platform.
Encourage program participation through focused project sprints that align partner capabilities with Agoda's strategic priorities.
Communicate efficiently with partners using phone, email, messaging, and webinars to maintain a consistent and professional presence.
Use data and dashboards to prioritize tasks, track performance, and ensure actions are aligned with market opportunities.
Train and inform partners on Agoda's technologies, tools, and models to enable confident adoption and effective usage.
Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results, and track progress within internal systems to maintain visibility and accountability.
Respond to partner requests in a timely and effective manner, resolving issues and supporting their evolving needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and long-term collaboration.
Leverage analytical skills to interpret performance data and make strategic decisions that enhance supply quality and coverage.
Act as an Agoda champion within the partner organization, driving awareness and enthusiasm for new offerings and updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership related functions at scale.
Adapt communication and engagement styles to suit different partner profiles, cultures, and business contexts.
Report on key metrics and outcomes to support continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making.
Contribute insights from the field to shape product, messaging, and enablement materials for broader rollout.
Requirements
Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills with native level fluency in Japanese and business level proficiency in English.
Bring prior experience in sales, business development, or account management roles within a dynamic environment.
Show a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from executive partners to operational teams.
Possess an analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make strategic decisions that drive growth.
