What you'll do
Conduct user research and synthesize findings to define product opportunities for enterprise hotel management workflows.
Translate business objectives and partner feedback into product requirements, user stories, and detailed interaction flows.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define roadmap milestones and align on delivery constraints.

Requirements
6+ years of full-time experience as a UX/Interaction Designer for digital or web-based products; in-house designer experience highly preferred.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process and coordinating deliverables under tight timelines.
Proficient in creating wireframes, using UX design tools, and producing interactive prototypes to communicate ideas.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, process, and solutions as they relate to web-based products or mobile applications, particularly those with complex requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience with AI-related products, enterprise products, or B2B domains is a strong plus and aligns with current team focus.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where hypotheses are tested through design and measurement.
You understand the importance of balancing partner experience with business constraints and platform limitations.
You are proactive in seeking feedback, iterating based on criticism, and driving decisions through clear rationale.
