About the role
Agiloft is seeking a highly strategic and experienced marketing leader to oversee the planning, development, and execution of global marketing campaigns. This role requires a player-coach approach, combining hands-on management with strategic oversight to drive demand generation and revenue growth across multiple regions. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics to enhance marketing workflows, improve targeting, and scale impact. You will work closely with sales, SDR, and other cross-functional teams to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and customer engagement, ultimately contributing to the company's growth in a competitive high-tech environment.

What you'll do
- Develop comprehensive global demand generation strategies and campaign roadmaps that align with the company's revenue goals and New Logo pipeline targets.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, negotiating with vendors and allocating resources across North America and EMEA regions to maximize ROI.
- Lead the design and execution of multi-channel marketing programs, including account-based marketing (ABM), webinars, content syndication, and lifecycle email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and SDR leadership to ensure campaign efforts are synchronized with sales territory goals, and to optimize the handoff process from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Implement and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve audience segmentation, personalization, and operational efficiency, ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven and scalable.
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing content, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences and supports brand positioning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse, high-performing marketing team across regions, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-backed decision making.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and strategic recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews, supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
- Drive innovation by integrating advanced analytics, AI, and automation into marketing workflows to improve targeting, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, especially in AI, marketing automation, and high-tech markets, to continuously refine and improve campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure marketing campaigns accurately reflect product features and benefits, especially as they relate to AI and automation capabilities.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring external partners deliver quality services and tools that support campaign objectives.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify new opportunities for campaign expansion and differentiation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies across all marketing activities.
- Foster a collaborative environment across marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and shared success.
- Maintain a focus on customer-centric marketing, emphasizing value propositions and solutions that meet client needs.
- Support the onboarding and training of team members on new tools, processes, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content to enhance brand awareness.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote Agiloft's offerings and thought leadership.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the legal tech industry, AI advancements, and marketing automation trends to inform campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in demand generation, ABM, or strategic marketing roles within high-tech or SaaS companies.
- At least 5 years of experience managing marketing teams, including leadership roles overseeing multi-regional or global campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams of five or more people, with experience leading geographically dispersed staff.
- Extensive experience designing and executing multi-region marketing programs, particularly in EMEA.
- Strong background in customer marketing, advocacy programs, or community engagement.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot or Marketo.
- Hands-on experience with integrating generative AI and AI-enabled technologies into marketing workflows.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across departments and regions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards relevant to marketing activities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working within the legal tech industry.
- Familiarity with tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Folloze, Mutiny, or Qualified.
- Knowledge of the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance requirements.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that leverage emerging AI technologies.
- Understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and how marketing strategies influence pipeline development.
- Exposure to advanced analytics tools and techniques for measuring campaign effectiveness.
