Technical Recruiter
Job description
About the role
You will own the full cycle technical recruiting process from initial sourcing to offer negotiation, partnering directly with our CTO and Head of Talent to build and scale the engineering organization. You will be responsible for developing and testing new sourcing hypotheses, treating every role as an experiment where learnings are documented and applied quickly. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders who are scaling their first recruiting function, providing data driven insights and challenging assumptions when necessary. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity and a commitment to building processes that reflect the current market realities rather than relying on legacy playbooks. You will leverage AI native tools not as a convenience but as a foundational component of sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management. Your work will directly influence the speed and quality of hires, which in turn determines how quickly our product and engineering teams can execute on our vision. You will be expected to iterate based on feedback and data, discarding approaches that do not work without becoming attached to your own ideas.
