Technical Recruiter
Job description
About the role
You will own the full lifecycle of technical recruiting for critical roles that directly shape the development and deployment of autonomous battery-electric rail vehicles. The position requires deep collaboration with hiring managers to translate complex engineering challenges into compelling value propositions for specialized talent. You will build and execute outbound sourcing strategies that engage passive candidates across hardware, software, and operations disciplines essential to modernizing freight. This role demands comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are constantly evolving. You will leverage data and qualitative insights to refine sourcing and screening approaches that improve the quality and speed of hiring. The position provides an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the team responsible for bringing autonomous rail technology into commercial operation. Success is defined by your ability to partner closely with stakeholders and represent Parallel Systems with professionalism and credibility in the market.
