Recruiter
Job description
About the role
You will own the entire lifecycle of recruiting for Kalshi's most critical roles, acting as the primary driver for building high-performing teams across engineering, product, compliance, operations, and go-to-market. You will define what success looks like for each position by partnering deeply with hiring managers and company leadership to construct precise role scorecards and rigorous hiring criteria. In this position, you will take full responsibility for sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional talent while operating with extreme ownership and minimal process overhead. You will serve as a trusted advisor, using your judgment to navigate complex hiring needs and make fast, high-quality decisions in a low-bureaucracy environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, moves with speed, and is motivated by the challenge of attracting top-tier professionals to a mission-driven financial infrastructure company. You will represent Kalshi's bold mission and unique culture to every candidate, ensuring that each interaction reinforces our commitment to bringing more truth to the world through markets.
