We are looking for a meticulous Project & Compliance Manager to join our team at Agent, a company that operates a US-based investment business with a focus on SEC-regulated real estate funds and legacy coaching brands. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-quality control across all marketing outputs. As the key point of accountability for our distributed team, you will ensure that all assets are accurate, align with our brand, and are delivered punctually.

What you'll do

• Oversee the daily status tracker to guarantee that marketing projects progress smoothly without any delays.
• Facilitate the routing of briefs, assets, and approvals among leadership, the internal team, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Perform thorough quality assurance testing on emails, SMS, forms, and landing pages, checking for link functionality, UTM tags, and overall user experience.
• Manage the regulatory approval process, ensuring that all communications related to funds are reviewed by legal counsel and approved by key stakeholders.
• Maintain a single source of truth for all published assets, ensuring that it is version-controlled and easily accessible.
• Supervise the output of the distributed marketing team, monitoring timesheets and ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
• Document and enhance standard operating procedures related to compliance and quality assurance to streamline processes.
• Conduct audits of UTM parameters across paid channels to ensure the accuracy of performance data and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in marketing traffic management, project coordination, or compliance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage approval processes within regulated industries such as securities, finance, healthcare, or law.
• Exceptional command of English grammar and proofreading skills, particularly for investor-facing communications.
• Experience in developing and managing systems for quality assurance, version control, and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to hold remote teams accountable and effectively drive daily project rhythms.
• A valid passport is required, with the ability to travel to the US up to four times a year for one-week periods (the first trip is scheduled for August 17-21).
• A reliable remote work setup is essential for this position.

Nice to have

• A background in SEC regulations, Reg D, or marketing compliance within the securities sector.
• Experience leading traffic or project management in a high-volume agency environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Planable, or Notable.
• A history of establishing governance systems for brand assets.
• A calm and professional demeanor when managing projects under tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in AI-assisted workflow and quality assurance tools to enhance productivity.
