Project Manager - Growth
Job description
About the role
This role operates at the intersection of strategic program management and financial integrity within Adyen's Schemes Compliance organization, focusing on the oversight and continuous enhancement of card-network programs that address fraud, disputes, chargebacks, and merchant financial integrity. You will be responsible for translating complex network obligations and regulatory expectations into scalable, defensible processes that maintain consistency across global teams and jurisdictions. The position requires a high level of ownership in coordinating requirements, driving execution, and ensuring that all activities remain aligned with network rules and internal governance standards. Success in this role depends on your ability to act as a central coordination point, balancing detailed documentation with the big picture of risk and compliance. You will work full-time from our Singapore location, reporting into the local hierarchy and contributing to a structured, regulated environment. This is a salaried position with a base compensation of 120,000 SGD annually, reflecting the scope and impact of the responsibilities.
