What you will do
You design intake workflows that clarify analytical questions and align stakeholders before deep analysis begins. This foundational step ensures that efforts address real business needs and reduces rework.
You architect scalable tooling and automation to produce fast, repeatable insights for internal stakeholders. These solutions reduce manual effort and increase consistency across analytical workflows.
You guide review practices that surface patterns, validate findings, and refine analytical approaches. This includes identifying opportunities for improvement and embedding best practices across the team.
You own the shipping of clear dashboards and reports that enable commercial teams to act on data. These artifacts translate analysis into decisions that impact merchant growth and experience.
You forge partnerships that connect product strategy with measurement and experimentation. This alignment ensures that analytics supports key business objectives and tracks meaningful outcomes.
You champion experimentation methods that test ideas and confirm impact on merchant behavior. This includes designing tests, interpreting results, and supporting data-driven decisions.
You translate complex results into stories that resonate across technical and business audiences. Communication is tailored to different stakeholders to highlight implications and recommendations.
You uphold standards that keep analysis reliable, traceable, and aligned with business goals. This includes documentation, validation, and adherence to data governance practices.
Who you are
You bring 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics or similar roles, ideally within fintech or high-growth environments. This background helps you understand domain nuances and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You demonstrate strong skill in Python, SQL, and PySpark for large-scale data processing. These tools form the core of your analytical toolkit on a daily basis.
You build efficient, scalable ETL and data pipelines that include robust validation for reliability. This ensures that downstream decisions are based on trustworthy information.
You use big data tools such as Spark and Airflow, and you manage version control with Git. This supports collaborative development and reproducible workflows.
You create effective visualizations using tools like Looker or Tableau for dashboard development. These visuals help non-technical audiences quickly grasp key insights.
You understand statistics, hypothesis testing, and data mining deeply. This knowledge allows you to select appropriate methods and interpret results accurately.
You collaborate across functions while managing stakeholder expectations and influencing outcomes. You communicate clearly and adapt your approach based on audience and context.
You handle multiple priorities in a fast, global setting with initiative and ownership. You proactively identify problems and drive solutions without needing constant direction.
