About the role
You will own the end-to-end commercial strategy and positioning for Adyen's platform and marketplace customers globally. You will define and drive the long-term offering strategy in partnership with the Head of Platforms to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will act as the connective tissue between Product and Commercial teams, translating customer needs into actionable product and go-to-market initiatives. You will resolve current friction points and identify new opportunities to drive growth and satisfaction within the segment. You will ensure the health and scalability of the offering across verticals and regions while anticipating future market and regulatory shifts. You will validate strategic ideas through quantitative analysis and influence senior stakeholders across the organization. You will build direct customer relationships to gather insights and ensure the commercial narrative reflects real-world customer needs.

Requirements
- You have a proven track record of owning end-to-end business impact for a commercial or product offering, moving from diagnostics through solutioning to execution.
- You have demonstrated experience working comfortably in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, making decisions with incomplete information while maintaining clarity of direction.
- You possess strong quantitative skills, able to validate ideas through data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- You have excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging and aligning a large network of senior stakeholders across functions and regions.
- You show deep empathy for customers, with a history of building direct customer relationships and using feedback to shape strategy.
- You are comfortable operating at a strategic level while still understanding the tactical implications of product and commercial decisions.
- You have a track record of driving revenue growth and adoption through commercial excellence and structured thinking.
