About the role
You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of global technical implementations, including POS, e-commerce marketplaces, and card issuing programs. This role requires you to act as the central coordination point between internal teams and external partners to ensure clients successfully launch on our financial technology platform. You own the end-to-end delivery of complex implementation lifecycles from initiation through to stabilization. The position demands active management of dependencies and risks to keep projects on schedule and within scope. You will consult with clients on product configurations to ensure alignment with their specific business goals and operational models. Furthermore, you will channel client feedback directly into internal product development cycles to influence product strategy. Finally, you will establish support processes and business-as-usual workflows during project handovers to ensure long-term stability.

What you'll do
- Lead the full project lifecycle to prepare clients for platform deployment, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.
- Manage a portfolio of 5-10 concurrent projects, each lasting between 6 months and 2 years, balancing resources and priorities.
- Coordinate with client technical teams and third-party integration partners to facilitate seamless roll-outs and integration testing.
- Maintain clear communication channels with all project stakeholders to provide timely updates and manage expectations proactively.
- Consult with clients on product configurations that align with their specific business goals, translating requirements into technical specifications.
- Channel client feedback into internal product development cycles to drive continuous improvement and product evolution.
- Establish support processes and business-as-usual workflows during project handovers to ensure smooth transitions and client ownership.
- Participate in internal initiatives to improve operational scalability, identifying bottlenecks and proposing systemic enhancements.
- Conduct detailed configuration verification and testing to ensure that systems operate correctly within the client's environment.
- Drive strategic planning efforts to optimize the implementation roadmap and reduce time-to-value for clients.
- Perform stakeholder management across multiple regions, ensuring alignment between technical teams, business units, and executive sponsors.
- Utilize technical project management skills to track dependencies, manage timelines, and mitigate potential delivery risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and secure buy-in for critical implementation decisions.
- Monitor project health metrics and report status updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex, technical projects involving multiple stakeholders across diverse industries and regulatory environments.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead discussions, and influence decision-making at both operational and executive levels.
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of handling time-sensitive tasks independently and meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across international time zones, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to global teams.
- Willingness to travel for domestic and international business needs, including client meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
- Demonstrated experience with system integration oversight, including third-party APIs, payment processors, and technical vendors.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and configuration verification to ensure that implementations meet business and technical requirements.
- Commitment to maintaining clear documentation and communication protocols throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
