What you'll do
- Orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns by coordinating search, display, video, and social media advertising in partnership with senior leadership.
- Execute sophisticated media buying strategies across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Bing, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn self-serve platforms to maximize study reach.
- Conduct comprehensive performance analysis to evaluate full-funnel advertising metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous growth.
- Lead creative development processes to produce and test ad variations for evergreen campaigns and time-sensitive study launches.
- Audit and enhance digital properties, including the Adams Clinical website, company directories, and online participant reviews, to ensure brand consistency.
- Streamline the management of sponsor and IRB creative approval workflows to ensure timely and compliant campaign deployment.
- Monitor the evolving digital landscape to identify emerging tools and placements that can diversify and strengthen ongoing ad strategies.
- Utilize advanced Excel capabilities to manipulate data sets and derive precise marketing performance indicators.
- Implement robust landing page optimization using content management systems such as Wordpress, Squarespace, and Instapage.
- Craft persuasive ad copy and execute foundational design tasks in tools like Canva to support campaign scalability.
- Analyze key digital marketing metrics including CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and conversion rate to inform budget allocation decisions.
- Perform detailed full-funnel and cohort analyses that examine lead behavior by platform, geography, and temporal factors.
- Leverage Salesforce functionality to track interactions and generate reports that align with sponsor and study team objectives.
- Communicate complex marketing findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through written and verbal presentations.
- Organize priorities with exceptional time management to maintain accuracy and composure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Apply a detail-oriented approach to ensure all marketing activities meet the standards required for clinical research.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of recruitment initiatives that support diverse enrollment and scientific rigor.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
- Possess 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a digital marketing capacity within a regulated environment.
- Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience managing large budgets across multiple digital advertising platforms.
- Exhibit a high level of comfort and familiarity with self-serve ad tools and programmatic interfaces.
- Show strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Maintain excellent organizational abilities and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bring a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in campaign execution and reporting.
- Remain calm and composed when managing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Have experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Be proficient in using content management systems such as Wordpress, Squarespace, or Instapage for landing page optimization.
- Understand core digital marketing metrics and their application in performance evaluation.
- Have prior experience performing full-funnel marketing analysis and cohort-based studies.
- Be familiar with Salesforce CRM functionalities for reporting and data management.

Practical notes
This is a hybrid position based at the main location in Watertown, MA. The role requires adherence to standard working hours and may involve travel between study sites as needed.
