About the role
This role is embedded within the Business Development team where you will act as a strategic growth partner for our clinical trial site network. You own the end-to-end process of identifying, qualifying, and nurturing early-stage opportunities in Psychiatry and Alzheimer's Disease. You will translate scientific value into compelling commercial narratives that resonate with key stakeholders. Your work will directly feed the pipeline by sourcing and mapping high-potential sites and investigators. You will act as a primary point of contact, shaping first impressions of Adams Clinical for sponsors and CROs. This position requires intellectual curiosity and the discipline to manage complex information flows accurately. Your contributions will be measured by the quality of the opportunities you generate and the clarity you bring to our market positioning.

What you'll do
Drive the identification and qualification of new clinical trial opportunities through in-depth pipeline research and proactive stakeholder outreach.
Own the management of the early-stage opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring meticulous contact logging, detailed notes, and clear documentation of next steps.
Champion B2B marketing initiatives by identifying market needs, developing targeted materials for web and conference platforms, and building strategic contact databases.
Orchestrate conference strategy and execution, handling pre-event outreach, sponsorship and exhibit coordination, and team preparation logistics.
Provide comprehensive cross-functional support by assisting with Commercial Development Agreements, feasibility questionnaires, budget and contract tasks, and study startup activities.
Establish and nurture relationships with Contract Research Organizations to support collaborative growth and site readiness.
Conduct competitive landscape analysis to refine our value proposition and ensure our capabilities are clearly differentiated in the market.
Utilize advanced database search techniques to construct and maintain a robust target contact database across key therapeutic areas.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to create thought leadership content that demonstrates Adams Clinical's scientific rigor and operational excellence.
Monitor market trends and sponsor priorities to inform strategic decisions and adjust targeting strategies accordingly.
Serve as a reliable point of operational support during the feasibility and startup phases of new studies.
Leverage Salesforce to track all communication touchpoints and ensure transparent handoffs to the Business Development leadership.
Contribute to the development of standardized process documents that improve team efficiency and scalability.
Act as an internal consultant, translating business objectives into actionable plans for the clinical operations teams.
Requirements
Possess 2-5+ years of experience in clinical research, ideally within a Sales or Marketing environment to understand commercial dynamics.
Candidates with strong clinical operations experience who are actively transitioning into a Sales or Marketing role are encouraged to apply and meet the eligibility criteria.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem, including the distinct roles and priorities of sponsor organizations and CRO partners.
Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills to handle complex tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to produce high-quality materials and manage detailed documentation.
Have prior experience with CTMS or other project-tracking tools to support data integrity and workflow management.
Display a strong ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and effectively manage multiple studies simultaneously.
Commit to maintaining the highest standards of data quality and accuracy in all pipeline and reporting activities.
Engage professionally with external partners, including CROs and sponsors, representing Adams Clinical with integrity and professionalism.
Adhere to all compliance guidelines related to clinical research and data handling within the defined regulatory framework.
Apply critical thinking to solve problems and identify opportunities within the psychiatry and Alzheimer's disease therapeutic areas.
