Requirements
Bring 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a staff-level role.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java or Golang to build and maintain platform components.
Show experience building platforms, frameworks, libraries, or SDKs at scale for enterprise environments.
Apply strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
Utilize solid experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization using Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching strategies to support high-performance services.
Lead technical initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority to drive adoption.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices to ensure reliable and efficient releases.
Understand AI-native software development practices, including automated code generation, AI-driven testing, and human-in-the-loop review systems.
Adopt and drive modern engineering paradigms, integrating AI into development workflows to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
