You will lead cross-functional collaboration to align campaign strategy with sales and marketing objectives while maintaining strict adherence to client requirements and platform standards. You will drive continuous improvement across processes and technology to enhance team productivity and campaign performance. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing technical and tactical guidance to internal stakeholders on the complexities of digital advertising. What you'll do
- Mentor and lead a high-performing team responsible for campaign delivery, focusing on development, accountability, and results.
- Manage the full lifecycle of ABM and digital advertising initiatives, from initial planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Ensure all campaigns hit performance KPIs, SLAs, and pacing targets through proactive monitoring and timely interventions.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve delivery issues and maintain campaign health across all advertising platforms.
- Implement automation and operational workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability.
- Provide technical guidance on ad serving, implementation, and platform usage to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Oversee hiring, capacity planning, and performance management for your team to align resources with business needs.
- Create leadership reports and operational dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance and operational health.
- Monitor industry trends, privacy regulations, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain compliant and effective.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable campaign strategies and operational plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex implementation challenges and ensure seamless campaign rollouts.
- Drive standardization of processes and documentation to improve consistency and enable scalable operations.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that enhance campaign operations and team productivity.
- Partner with finance to manage campaign budgets, forecast spend, and optimize resource allocation based on performance data.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Digital Campaign Operations or AdTech, demonstrating a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- 6+ years of experience in a people management role, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Hands-on background with programmatic, display, video, and ABM campaigns across a variety of client and platform environments.
- Expertise in DSPs, SSPs, campaign trafficking, audience targeting, pixel implementation, and creative QA to ensure technical accuracy and delivery success.
- Proficiency in platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Beeswax, StackAdapt, or CM360, with the ability to quickly master new tools as needed.
- Knowledge of HTML5, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, and attribution modeling to troubleshoot issues and analyze campaign performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data manipulation, and reporting automation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex environments and align diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across different time zones, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
- Understanding of privacy regulations and data compliance considerations relevant to digital advertising and campaign execution.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, processes, and standards to ensure consistent and professional operations.
