What you'll do
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital advertising, programmatic, and social Omni-Channel campaigns from setup to completion.
- Validate campaign configurations including targeting, budgets, pacing, schedules, creatives, and tracking parameters to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor active campaigns for delivery, pacing, performance, and operational anomalies, taking immediate corrective action when necessary.
- Identify campaigns that have not delivered impressions or where email workflows have not executed within defined success thresholds.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to campaign delivery, creative rendering, tracking pixels, and platform configuration.
- Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to perform data cleansing, analysis, and create detailed performance reports.
- Leverage knowledge of HTML5, email structure, ad creative specifications, and UTM parameters to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to provide insights, reports, and support for go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and requirements based on campaign operations challenges.
- Maintain strict attention to detail to ensure alignment with advertising best practices and client objectives.
- Support the implementation and optimization of ABM and intent-based marketing strategies where applicable.
- Act as an owner for marketing automation platforms and advertising technology tools to maximize their efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures for campaign management and reporting.
- Proactively identify risks and escalations, communicating status and resolutions to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Drive initiatives that improve the accuracy and reliability of campaign tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in Programmatic/Digital Advertising, AdTech, Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), and related advertising technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of campaign setup, audience segmentation, targeting, budgets, pacing, bidding, and scheduling.
- Proven ability to monitor and optimize campaigns experiencing under-delivery, pacing issues, or targeting discrepancies.
- Solid grasp of digital advertising metrics including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversions, CPA, reach, frequency, and ROI.
- Experience managing and optimizing email and demand-generation campaigns from concept to execution.
- Proficiency with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or Mailchimp.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including the use of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and VLOOKUP functions.
- Basic understanding of HTML5, email coding, ad creative specifications, tracking pixels, and landing page troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
