What you'll do
Lead and execute a comprehensive segment-specific go-to-market strategy for Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial segments within the assigned southern region.
Own full revenue accountability, driving predictable pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment across all customer tiers.
Build, develop, and lead a multi-layered organization of Directors, Managers, and Account Executives, focusing on attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
Establish a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, coaching, and continuous development to foster leaders of leaders within the region.
Act as executive sponsor on key Strategic and Enterprise deals while balancing long-cycle opportunities with high-velocity Commercial execution.
Optimize coverage, segmentation, and resource allocation to maximize growth potential and adapt to diverse deal sizes and sales cycles.
Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities across existing customer tiers to drive incremental revenue and account penetration.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and RevOps to align on pipeline generation, conversion, and expansion initiatives.
Provide critical field insights to influence product strategy and go-to-market decisions based on real-world customer interactions and market feedback.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders across CMO, CRO, and RevOps functions to position 6sense as a trusted partner.
Drive disciplined deal inspection and pipeline management processes to ensure operational excellence and transparency.
Leverage the 6sense Account-Based Orchestration Platform to uncover anonymous buying behavior and prioritize in-market accounts effectively.
Balance strategic account management with commercial execution to ensure both long-term growth and short-term revenue goals.
Foster collaboration with Customer Success and Solutions Consulting to enhance customer engagement and retention across segments.
Maintain a relentless focus on delivering value to customers, aligning with the company's vision of helping teams reach their full potential.
Requirements
Demonstrate a proven track record of leading sales teams in a B2B environment with experience in segment-specific strategy execution.
Possess strong leadership capabilities with experience building and developing leaders of leaders within a regional sales organization.
Showcase a history of exceeding revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
Exhibit expertise in managing both long-cycle, high-value deals and high-velocity commercial transactions within complex sales environments.
Have a deep understanding of the CMO, CRO, and RevOps functions and how sales operations intersect with these critical areas.
