What you'll do
Architect and design software systems that power platforms focused on urban living improvements and smart city initiatives. Lead the development of new media channels tailored for enterprise clients, ensuring scalability and long-term reliability. Drive innovation in healthcare technology by building solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency across hospital networks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of industry experts to define technical roadmaps and deliverables for each quarter. Guide junior engineers through code reviews, mentoring sessions, and structured knowledge-sharing practices that elevate team capability. Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications that engineering teams can execute effectively and consistently. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing post-launch monitoring and iteration. Evaluate and adopt new frameworks and methodologies that improve team productivity, code quality, and software reliability. Represent the engineering team in stakeholder meetings, providing technical insight, status updates, and strategic recommendations. Establish best practices for code organization, testing strategies, and documentation standards across all active projects and initiatives. Partner with product managers and designers to refine feature scope and prioritize engineering efforts effectively.
Requirements
Proven track record of delivering large-scale software systems in production environments over multiple years of experience. Strong command of modern programming languages and fundamental software design principles, patterns, and clean code practices. Experience leading technical initiatives and guiding engineering teams toward shared goals, milestones, and successful project completion. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders in accessible terms. Demonstrated expertise in architecting distributed systems and building scalable application infrastructure that handles growing user demands. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices in fast-moving, collaborative team environments. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science or a closely related technical field. Self-directed mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to have
Experience working in healthcare technology or urban development software domains is highly valued and welcomed. Background in building media platforms or communication tools for enterprise customers is a strong plus for this role.
