About the role

3Pillar Global is seeking a technical expert to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and production-ready software. You will work directly with clients to build prototypes, integrate complex systems, and deploy AI-driven solutions within their existing environments. In this capacity, you will translate abstract business objectives into functional software architectures that are robust, scalable, and aligned with client operational realities. You will act as a technical liaison, ensuring that the solutions we deliver are not only innovative but also immediately viable within the client's infrastructure constraints. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to de-risk technical initiatives and accelerate digital transformation efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of code quality and documentation so that solutions are maintainable and extensible beyond the initial engagement. Ultimately, you will ensure that prototypes evolve into production systems that deliver measurable business value over the long term.

What you'll do

• Partner with sales and solutions teams to conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with clients, analyzing their existing infrastructure and identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Design, build, and deploy functional prototypes that validate technical hypotheses and demonstrate tangible value to stakeholders during the sales cycle.
• Embed directly with client engineering groups to facilitate the migration of architectures from design phases into live production environments with minimal disruption.
• Lead complex systems integration tasks that span multiple cloud providers, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between disparate systems and automated frameworks.
• Develop production-ready codebases that adhere to best practices in software engineering, accompanied by comprehensive architectural documentation for long-term maintenance by delivery teams.
• Implement and optimize end-to-end AI workflows, including data ingestion, model training, inference pipelines, and monitoring, tailored to the specific needs of client environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues that arise during deployment, applying deep knowledge of cloud services, containerization, and infrastructure as code methodologies.
• Guide junior team members and less experienced partners through complex technical challenges, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge transfer within client organizations.
• Maintain a proactive approach to identifying emerging technologies and methodologies that can be leveraged to enhance client solutions and maintain 3Pillar Global's competitive edge.
• Ensure all deliverables meet strict security and compliance standards required by enterprise clients across various industry sectors.

Requirements

• Possess an extensive background in software engineering, systems architecture, or data engineering at a Senior or Staff level, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Python, including advanced concepts such as object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, and integration with external services and databases.
• Bring practical experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including hands-on deployment and management of cloud-native services.
• Exhibit the ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases rapidly and contribute effectively to existing projects without extensive onboarding periods.
• Cultivate strong consultative skills to engage with stakeholders, translate ambiguous or high-level requirements into detailed technical execution plans, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Show a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that facilitates collaboration and future enhancements by other engineering teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of systems integration challenges, including API design, data transformation, and network communication protocols to ensure robust interconnectivity.
• Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback and iterating on solutions to enhance performance, reliability, and user experience.
