About the role
In this pivotal position within the Corporate Operations team, you will act as a technical leader, concentrating on the architecture and integration of General and Administrative (G&A) systems. Your primary responsibility will be to design secure data frameworks and automated workflows that facilitate the functions of Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and Legal departments.

What you'll do
- Spearhead the integration strategy and data architecture for Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Procurement, ZEO Success, and Legal systems.
- Design and sustain comprehensive data models, data lineage, and integration patterns to ensure a unified source of truth across the organization.
- Develop and enhance API-based integrations, microservices, and data flows that utilize file-based methods.
- Implement automation driven by artificial intelligence and integrate frameworks such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable internal tools to interact with AI agents.
- Uphold data security protocols, including field-level encryption, data masking, and stringent access controls for sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and financial documentation.
- Utilize RACI frameworks to clarify data ownership and system accountability across various departments.
- Maintain thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address integration challenges, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in data architecture and integration strategies.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technology initiatives with business objectives and drive innovation within the G&A systems landscape.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can enhance integration capabilities and improve overall system performance.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in system integrations and backend development, showcasing a strong technical foundation.
- Proven hands-on experience with G&A systems, particularly Coupa, Workday, NetSuite, Navan, Lattice, and Greenhouse.
- Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) application patterns and modular protocol concepts is essential.
- A solid understanding of data security practices, encryption techniques, and compliance with IT/SOX regulations.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical business partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for hosting and managing integrations.
- Knowledge of advanced data analytics tools and techniques for deriving insights from integrated data.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF).
Skills & tools
- Proficient in REST API, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, SQL, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experienced with G&A systems including Coupa, Workday, NetSuite, Navan, Lattice, and Greenhouse.
- Knowledgeable in AI automation tools and frameworks, particularly Model Context Protocol (MCP) server technologies.
