This position focuses on designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions for clients, transforming their business operations. You will work with customers and internal teams to create scalable systems that address specific business needs.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Facilitate client discussions to understand business needs and translate them into system designs.
• Perform analysis to determine how business requirements can be met by existing systems and identify gaps.
• Create and document comprehensive system designs, including processes, integrations, and modifications, and gain client approval.
• Showcase solutions through practical configuration, testing, and client demonstrations throughout project lifecycles.
• Configure and verify Zuora Billing and Revenue products to match business and technical specifications.
• Support clients and internal groups during testing and deployment phases to ensure successful solution rollout.
• Prepare and deliver training materials for end-users to support system adoption.
• Cultivate strong client relationships by offering ongoing technical and functional advice.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash processes, preferably in a SaaS or professional services setting.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing billing or CPQ systems, such as Zuora, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Amdocs.
• Demonstrated success in delivering customer-facing solutions or providing business consulting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategic business conversations and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, system design, and integration.
• A thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle, from initial workshops to deployment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform well in a dynamic team environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively and adaptably.
