About the role This position involves joining the finance team to focus on Go-to-Market Finance. You will work closely with GTM leadership to refine revenue strategy, build financial models, and develop key performance indicator frameworks. Your insights will directly influence investment choices and growth priorities for the business. Key facts

Compensation: $128,000-$184,000
Team: Finance What you'll do
Design and manage core financial models for annual plans, long-range forecasts, and GTM strategy
Collaborate with GTM leaders to set targets, evaluate resource allocation, track performance against KPIs, and manage spending efficiency
Prepare high-quality board materials, investor updates, and leadership presentations to support executive decisions
Oversee forecasting and reporting for revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and retention metrics Requirements - 2+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or similar fields
Strong analytical and modeling abilities, proficient in Excel/GSheets
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An ownership mentality with the capacity to collaborate across diverse teams
Familiarity with technology or SaaS business models Nice to have
SQL experience
Experience in strategic finance at a high-growth technology company Skills & tools
