About the role
Treasury Operations at Zeta Global. This role is responsible for end-to-end cash management at Zeta Global. You will oversee daily liquidity, bank interactions, and payment execution. - Implement and monitor control checks to maintain integrity across cash flow, application, and settlement stages of the transaction lifecycle.
- Advance process quality continuously by analyzing handoffs between treasury, finance, and technology partners to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Prepare detailed documentation for treasury operations, providing clear narratives and data points to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with banking institutions to resolve operational issues and confirm transaction details as they arise during the fiscal cycle.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned that strengthen the overall treasury function and support broader corporate financial objectives.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum bar of 2-3 years of professional experience in treasury, banking, or a closely related finance function.
- Demonstrate proven ability to oversee cash and liquidity management across a diverse range of bank accounts and financial institutions.
- Exhibit skill in the accurate recording and application of customer receipts using complex financial software tools and systems.
- Show expertise in processing vendor payments, preparing comprehensive bank reconciliations, and supporting the month-end close tasks efficiently.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities to interpret financial data, identify trends, and solve complex problems with logical solutions.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
