What you'll do
- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, resources, and milestones, while effectively managing project budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise to maintain project integrity.
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.
- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring all participants are engaged and informed about project developments and decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and experience in applying them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of the organization.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with data management solutions and cloud technologies.
- Experience in the data analytics or big data domain.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and methodologies.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing tech company.
