About the role
Yext is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our Consumer Experience product line. You will manage the lifecycle of tools that enable businesses to communicate with their customers at scale while ensuring brand consistency and compliance. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end development of 1:1 communication products from initial concept to final launch. You will create the vision and roadmap for messaging channels, reviews, and conversational interfaces that drive real engagement. You will coordinate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure functional communication tools are delivered on schedule. You will analyze customer workflows and compliance requirements to build scalable engagement systems that meet enterprise standards. You will oversee feature releases, including beta testing, documentation, internal training, and adoption tracking to measure success. You will present product roadmaps and capabilities to both internal stakeholders and external partners to align expectations.

Requirements
- 2-5+ years of product management experience within a technology company.
- Proven history of shipping and iterating on software products successfully.
- Background in building messaging platforms, conversational interfaces, CRM engagement tools, or customer experience software.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear product narratives that stakeholders understand.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus on details.
- Experience with platform-level thinking and identifying patterns across various use cases to drive efficiency.
- Leadership skills to align cross-functional teams toward shared business outcomes and measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to work within regulatory and compliance-sensitive environments effectively.
- Capacity to manage timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic product development setting.
- Willingness to engage with technical documentation and translate requirements into actionable product tasks.
