What you'll do
The structure of global bank accounts is maintained to support financial infrastructure. Analysis of account requirements across jurisdictions and with counterparties is conducted to simplify account opening and shorten the time needed for setup. Coordination of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities occurs alongside the execution of SOX controls and the monitoring of team performance indicators.
Requests for ad-hoc KYC refreshes from banks are addressed to meet resolution timelines. Management of Treasury data within the Kyriba Treasury Workstation happens together with banking service providers and internal stakeholders. Optimization of cash management models is performed to assist Yext's continued international growth and expansion. Ownership of documentation and regulatory compliance topics is established as a dedicated responsibility. Preparation of analyses and presentations for senior leadership communication is handled by the role. Validation of annual FBAR reporting data is completed to satisfy compliance requirements.
Requirements
The posting states a minimum of 15 years of experience.
A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Two to three years of relevant treasury operations experience with payments and bank relationship management is required. Proficiency in financial settlements and knowledge of banking systems and money markets is required. Strong project management skills are necessary to handle multiple priorities effectively. Detail orientation and a proactive problem-solving approach are required. Advanced Excel skills and experience with TMS (Kyriba) and ERP systems - NetSuite - are required. Understanding of financial regulations, including KYC/AML, is required.
