90-day renewal alerts are pushed in Tropic to senior leaders to prevent unexpected renewals and support planned budgeting.

Requirements
At least 3+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations experience is expected, ideally within a SaaS or technology company for relevant context.
Day-one proficiency in Coupa is required, including Requisitions, Purchase Orders, CRF workflows, Supplier Management, Reporting, and foundational Contract Lifecycle Management tools to ensure immediate contribution.
Familiarity with SaaS management platforms such as Tropic, Spendflo, Vendr, and Zylo, plus CLM tools like Coupa and Ironclad, is required to support integrated vendor and contract oversight.
Strong data hygiene instincts are necessary to notice and correct record discrepancies without direction to maintain system accuracy.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication explains procurement processes to non-procurement stakeholders without jargon to improve cross-team collaboration.
A detail-oriented, self-directed approach operates comfortably within a lean, fast-moving team to sustain performance amid evolving priorities.
