What you'll do
Customer requirements are gathered and documented, then translated into solution designs.
Customer environments are configured, and data validation is performed to ensure accuracy.
Testing plans are executed, and implementation issues are troubleshooted to support go-live.
SQL queries are written and run to analyze data and validate implementation results.
Customer training is delivered, and user adoption is supported throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Customer interactions are led, and regular project updates are provided to maintain transparency.
Technical issues are resolved in partnership with Engineering, and integration activities are supported.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in software implementation, professional services, business analysis, systems integration, or solution delivery is required.
Business requirements must be gathered and translated into technical solutions effectively.
Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
The ability to manage multiple customer implementations at the same time is required.
SQL query writing and relational database experience are preferred.
Knowledge of North American ISO/RTO markets is preferred.
SaaS or enterprise software implementation experience is preferred.
Support for customer integrations, testing, and data validation is preferred.
Agile delivery practices familiarity is preferred.

This position is remote within the United States with up to 20-30% travel depending on client needs.
