What you'll do
Process daily and monthly transactions for accounts and ledgers using Xendit tools, maintaining general ledger accuracy for internal reviews of Bangkok operations.
Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts to ensure integrity of financial data for finance stakeholders, utilizing spreadsheet tools for these tasks.
Support month-end closing activities by collecting, verifying, and organizing documentation for financial records to assist senior finance staff.
Generate financial reports and summaries to update management on account status and performance using reporting platforms for Bangkok teams.
Assist with tax documentation and compliance tasks to meet local regulatory requirements, following finance procedures for Bangkok operations.
Monitor account activities and escalate irregularities to senior finance staff for review to sustain compliance standards.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and finance policies during routine operations for the finance function.
Execute assigned duties for financial operations in accordance with Xendit finance procedures and local laws for Bangkok teams.
