About the role
Financial Operations owns the strategy and oversight of regional fund flows and liquidity for Global Accounts. Execution of day-to-day fund flows is handled by the existing operations team.

What you'll do
Oversee and guide the existing Financial Operations team to ensure Global Accounts and FX operations execute without errors or disruptions.
Create or update standard operating procedures to correct operations and align with best practices.
Reconcile all fund flows in partnership with a centralized team to ensure information needs are met and unresolved items are addressed.
Requirements
Graduate of Management, Accounting, Finance, or a similar course, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment within payments, fintech, or financial services.
At least 3 years of experience in cross-border and FX operations.
Able to analyze large datasets and derive insights for operational decisions.
Detail-oriented with the ability to identify patterns in data or anomalies in information.
Comfortable prioritizing workload to meet tight deadlines and performing effectively under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ownership mentality and self-driven goal achievement.
Quick learning of new skills through self-exploration and relationship building.
Located in Jakarta, Manila, or Kuala Lumpur.
Nice to have
Experience working with banks or large financial institutions.
Experience using SQL or visualization tools such as Looker.
Experience managing a Finance or Financial Operations team of 4-6 people.
Experience managing a geographically dispersed team.
