Senior IT Engineer
The Senior IT Engineer serves as a critical technical anchor within the Wpromote IT organization, responsible for the systems and platforms that enable daily business operations. Reporting directly to the Director of IT, this position requires a senior individual contributor capable of absorbing strategic direction, driving technical execution from start to finish, and making informed systems decisions with minimal oversight. Expertise in Apple and Mac environments, Google Workspace, Mobile Device Management, and contemporary identity platforms is essential. The role demands equal comfort with hands-on technical work and cross-team collaboration to enhance the overall effectiveness of the IT function. This position is based onsite at the El Segundo office, requiring a consistent in-office presence of two days per week to provide direct support and act as a senior escalation resource for the department.

The total compensation for this role includes a comprehensive benefits package. The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 annually. This range is determined by a variety of candidate-specific factors including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and applicable state salary thresholds for exempt employees. Compensation is subject to change and is benchmarked against specific market medians for comparable roles, with individual variation based on skills, experience, and budget availability. The total compensation package includes the benefits listed above.

Responsibilities
Define and direct infrastructure strategy in alignment with executive guidance and operational requirements.
Implement configuration changes for Google Workspace and device management through Mobile Device Management solutions.
Coordinate support schedules with team members to ensure system uptime and rapid resolution of high-priority incidents.
Establish and manage security protocols for identity platforms and access controls across all digital properties.
Conduct technical evaluations for hardware and software deployments in hybrid operating environments.
Collaborate with security teams to verify adherence to compliance and data protection standards.
Maintain detailed documentation for systems, operational processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Support designated on-site presence days to assist colleagues and manage critical escalations directly.
Requirements
Possess a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years of experience in related IT roles.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Apple and Mac workstations and Google Workspace applications.
Hold knowledge of Mobile Device Management frameworks and modern identity management platforms.
Maintain consistent availability for the required in-office days in El Segundo.
