Wpromote is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team on a five month, full time contract basis. The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this capacity, the individual will rapidly engage in driving full cycle recruitment for a variety of digital marketing and corporate functions. The primary focus will be partnering closely with hiring managers and fellow recruiters to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while advancing ambitious hiring objectives.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is established within the range of $50 to $65 per hour. This rate is determined after consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state salary thresholds for exempt employees.
