What you'll do
Orchestrate end-to-end lifecycles for multiple digital programs or a single large enterprise program, ensuring seamless execution.
Translate complex client briefs into detailed project plans that clarify scope, timelines, and resource needs for all stakeholders.
Serve as the central communication hub, aligning paid, earned, and owned media teams with client services and executive objectives.
Implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure progress against goals and adjust strategies to maintain the highest service quality.
Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodological approaches to improve team efficiency and client delivery.
Proactively identify potential roadblocks and devise contingency plans to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and reviews to synchronize strategies across digital intelligence and media teams.
Maintain meticulous documentation of project changes, decisions, and performance data for future optimization.
Provide clear and consistent updates to leadership and clients to ensure transparency and confidence in project progress.
Drive the successful completion of projects by fostering strong relationships and managing expectations at every stage.
Assume full ownership of program performance, analyzing results and identifying opportunities for iterative improvements.
Support the development of a best-in-class work environment by modeling the collaborative behaviors that define the company culture.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting processes and lessons learned from complex digital initiatives.

Requirements
You must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, though a Master's degree is preferred.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience working in a digital agency environment, managing complex client programs.
You need to be highly proficient with project management tools and methodologies, demonstrating mastery in at least one major platform.
A proven track record of managing multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously without compromising quality is essential.
You must have experience working with paid, earned, and owned media teams within a digital marketing context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively interface with executive leadership and client stakeholders.
The ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable project adjustments is a critical requirement for this position.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, as this role is not eligible for immigration support.

This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.

The location is primarily remote, though optional in-person opportunities may exist at Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York hubs.
The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $105,000- $115,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state's salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
